Ronnie Scicchitano (Producer / Director / Performer) ~ Founder and Board Member of ACT, directed Gypsy, Daddy's Dyin ', Who's Got the Will, Arsenic & Old Lace, A Christmas Carol, Centralia, Steel Magnolias, co-directed Spats & Mugsy and The Flattering Word. Stage Manager for And Then There Were Nuns and Anything Goes. Producer of Fiddler on the Roof, co-coordinator for Harvest Moon Revue I & II. Participant in Harvest Moon Revue I & II, A Christmas Carol and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. Played Tevye in Fiddler on the Roof.
Victor Boris (Musical Director / Director) ~ Susquehanna University and Navy School of Music graduate- Private studio (30 years) - Lecturer in music, film and piano at Susquehanna University - Public school teacher (2 years) - Artist in Residence at the State Correctional Institution in Coal Township (4 years) -Professional entertainer (41 years) - Leader of "The Vic Boris Trio" and "Sing Along with Vic" - Church Choir Director (13 years) - Member of the Choraliers and Cecilan Music Club - Armed Forces Radio Service announcer. Other directing credits. Hello Dolly!, Guys and Dolls (1989 & 2000 ), The Music Man, Once Upon A Mattress, Bells are Ringing, Bye Bye Birdie, My Fair Lady, Li 7 Abner, Sugar, and Funny Girl. Sharon L. Tobias (Performer / Director) ~ Sharon is a graduate of Shamokin Area High School and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Education from Messiah College. Currently, she is the Vocal Music Director for the Line Mountain School District, which includes teaching all facets of music, technical theatre productions, Concert Choir, Show Choir, and musicals   Sharon is the President of the Pennsylvania Music Educators Association District 8 and very active in the Music Educators National Conference. For 19 years she has been directing shows and since high school, performing as singer, dancer, and actress. A few of her favorite roles include: "Rose" in Gypsy, "Domina" in A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, "Fiona" in Brigadoon, "Miss Hannigan" in Annie, and "Narrator" in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. She directed ACT's production of Fiddler on the Roof. She is a member of the Sunbury City Band, Our Shamokin Band, Cecilian Club, and Director of Music at the Mt. Carmel First United Methodist Church.
Ray Rothermel (Performer / Director) ~ Ray is a Mt. Carmel/ Elysburg Funeral Director, he and his wife Linda Kaye, are the parents of two children, Dr. Lori Kaye Rothermel and Ray M. Rothermel. He is one of the founding directors of ACT. Gypsy was the fourteenth ACT production in which he has been involved with, most notably co-director of And Then There Were Nuns, "Daddy" in Daddy's Dyin', Who's Got the Will, "Dr. Einstein" in Arsenic & Old Lace, "Eli" in Anything Goes, "Reuben" in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and "Scrooge" in A Christmas Carol. He enjoys gold and singing in various choruses and churches in the area.
John Soubik (Performer) ~ John is a past president of ACT. He performed in "Fiddler on the Roof", played "Asher" in "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat" and "Jacob Marley" in "A Christmas Carol". John appeared as an extra in and was the Extras Casting Coordinator for the films: The Distinguished Gentleman, Major League 2, Superfights, The Trial of Peter McMnus and Daybreak. He also is an officer and serves on the Board of Directors of the Northumberland County Council for the Arts.
Rosemarie Curran (Performer) ~ Rose has been in numerous ACT productions including: "Truvy" in Steel Magnolias, "Mrs. Potiphar" in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, "Golde" in Fiddler on the Roof, "Electra" in Gypsy and was the stage manager for Rumors. When not performing Rose enjoys singing and watching T. V   She resides in Mt. Carmel with her daughter, Ashley, who is played in Gypsy 's pit band.
Dan Neidermyer (Director) ~ A graduate of Philadelphia College of Bible with graduate work in radio-tv-film at Temple University, Dan lives in Lancaster with his wife, Lois. He is the producer and director for Maranatha Productions, Inc., a non-profit educational theatre, staging theatre throughout the U.S., United Kingdom, West Indies, and Scandinavia.
Maura Menapace (Choreographer / Performer) ~ Maura Menapace, a 2002 graduate of Mt. Carmel Area Jr. Sr. High School, is no stranger to the stage. You may have seen her in past ACT productions, including Gypsy, Fiddler on the Roof, A Christmas Carol, The Harvest Moon Revue, Anything Goes, and The Inn at Bethlehem. While at MCA, she was a member of the casts of Once Upon a Mattress, Annie, Bye Bye Birdie, The Wizard of Oz, and My One and Only. Maura has studied ballet, jazz, and tap for 15 years appearing six times in The Bloomsburg School of Dances production of The Nutcracker, twice as the "Sugar Plum Fairy." Maura has also worked as a choreographer with Cardinal Brennan High School, choreographing their productions of A Wonderful Town and A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum. She also was Choreographer for "Gypsy".
Kevin B. Styer (Performer) ~ Hails from Danville and is the Director of Music at Shamokin High School. He has performed in "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat" and "Fiddler On THe Roof". He has also been involved in stage sound and lighting.
Denise Giacomini (Performer) ~ A Native of the Mt. Carmel Area and a graduate of Susquehanna University with a Bachelor's degree in Music Education. She is a music teacher in the Mt. Carmel Elementary School. Currently residing in Shamokin she also serves as Minister of Music at Mother Cabrini Parish and is a member of the performing group "Center Stage". Denise has performed in "Anything Goes" and "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat".
Jim Micklow (Performer) ~ Mick made his third appearance in an ACT production of Gypsy as the lovable Uncle Jocko. His other roles include Mordcha in Fiddler on the Roof and Pharoah in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and Oliver. He resides in Bloomsburg with his lovely wife Joan and wonderful daughters Sarah and Emily.
Brian Ososkie (Stage Manager / Performer) ~ Brian's has been in three productions with ACT and his fifth appearance on the stage. Brian recently graduated from Our Lady of Lourdes Regional High School and was featured in their productions of Li 'lAbner (1999), Guys & Dolls (2000), Sugar (2001), and Funny Girl (2002). He also appeared in ACT's performances of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Fiddler on the Roof, and this year's Gypsy.
Ed Ososkie (Performer) ~ Performed in "Joseph and the amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat". He has appeared in Lourdes Regionals 1998 production on My Fair Lady as both a butler and chorus member. In 1999 he starred as the lead in Lourde's production of Li'l Abner, and most recently as "Edd" in Maranatha Production of Papa Was A Preacher.
William Krieger (Performer) ~ Will attends Southern Columbia Middle School. He was in the children's chorus in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and a newsboy in Gypsy.
Danielle M. Lawler (Performer) ~ She attends Mt. Carmel Elementary. Gypsy was her first show with ACT. She does gymnastics and loves animals, camping, and swimming.
Krysten Colosimo (Performer) ~ Oliver is her first ACT Production.  In high school she was involved in the music program and theatre.
Mallory Klingerman (Performer) ~ She attends Holy Spirit School, she makes the honor roll every marking period. She lives in Mt. Carmel with her family and her dog, Chance. She loves animals and performing. She hopes to be an actress someday, and she is very interested in music and loves to sing. Her other interests include cheerleading and dance, both ballet and modern jazz. She performed in Gypsy.
Sheila Stognief (Performer) ~ Sheila attends Mt. Carmel Elementary School where she is a member of the student choir. She participated in Songfest 2002 at Selinsgrove High School as one of the representatives of Mt. Carmel Elementary School. Sheila was a MCA Jet's Cheerleader for four years and studied cheer/gymnastics at Pottsville Gymnastics Training Center, Pottsville, and Gym Starzs Gymnastics, Mt. Carmel. Sheila loves dancing and singing. She started her dance training at the age of four at the Linda Dalpiaz School of Dance and then the Alice Higgins Dance Studio, both in Mt. Carmel. She studied piano with Vic Boris and is currently one of Vic's vocal students. Sheila was a member of the children's choir in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and was one of the daughters in ACT's 2001 presentation of fiddler on the Roof. She played Baby June in Gypsy.
Michael J. Fantanarosa (Performer) ~ Mike performed with ACT and was the "Priest" in Fiddler on the Roof and "Pop" in Gypsy.  He resides in Kulpmont with his wife Loretta
Leah Bartholomeu (Performer) ~ Leah attends Columbia County Christian School. She resides in Elysburg with her parents and three brothers. Leah studies piano with Vic Boris and also enjoys singing and playing soccer. She has performed in several musical dramas with her church's youth choir, but her first appearance with ACT was in Gypsy.
Brigid Demko (Performer} ~ Brigid attends Mt. Carmel Elementary School. She lives with her parents, two brothers, and sister in Kulpmont. She enjoys soccer, reading, swimming and playing with her friends. Gypsy was her first appearance in a play.
Rebecca Krieger (Performer) ~ Rebecca attends Southern Columbia Middle School. She was first in the children's chorus in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, sings in the school chorus and plays trumpet in the band. She played a newsboy in Gypsy.
Jessica Jellen (Performer) ~ She played Nancy in "Oliver" and Chava in "Fiddler On The Roof". Previous roles include Adelaide in "Guys and Dolls", Sweet Sue in "Sugar" and Fanny Brice in "Funny Girl". Jessica has also participated in charity events with "Vic and Company" for the Arts Center. She attends Marywood University where she is majoring in biotechnology with a minor in music.
Anthony Feudale (Performer) ~ He is a 6th grade student at Southern Columbia. Oliver was his first Musical. He swims for the Danville Dolphins and Milton Wildcats.

Krista Vetovich (Performer) ~ Krista has participated in previous ACT performances including: Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Fiddler on the Roof, Gypsy and Oliver. She has also performed for the Northumberland County Children's Theatre in School House Rock Jr. , A Monster Ate My Homework, Bugsy Malone Jr. and others including the role of "Marley" in A Christmas Carol and the "Minstrel" in The Emperor's New Clothes. She also enjoys singing and playing the piano.
John Ficca (Performer} ~ John has appeared in numerous ACT and local community theater productions. Some of his favorite roles include "Pseudolus" in A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum and "Moon Face" in Anything Goes. He attends Bloomsburg University studying secondary education. He enjoys mountain biking, football, and sleep. His is a former ACT president. He also play "Fagin" in "Oliver"
Gabrielle Greco (Performer) ~ She attended Pennsylvania College of Technology. Gypsy was her third performance with ACT. You may have remembered her in A Christmas Carol and Anything Goes. Gabrielle attended Mt. Carmel Area High School where she was very active in the musical and theatre departments. She participated in the choir for four years, as well as being Vice-President for two of those years. She performed in high school musicals such as:  The Wizard of Oz, My One and Only and starred as "Rosie" in Bye Bye Birdie.
Liz Leitzel (Performer / Choreographer) ~ Liz attends Lourdes Regional High School where she is a member of the National Honor Society and the French National Honor Society. She is also a member of the chorus and participated in last year's Diocesan Music Festival. Liz played volleyball for two years and also served as the J. V, Captain and lettered her junior year. She has studied dance at the Moyer Institute of Dance for fourteen years and studied voice and piano for eight years. Among other activities, Liz choreographed Bye Bye Birdie for the Shikellamy Childrens' Theatre in 2000 and directed an adaptation of the Canterbury Tales in 2001. She participated in such Lourdes High School productions as Sugar, where she was a member of the chorus and also a choreographer, and this year's Funny Girl, where she starred as "Mrs. Brice" and also choreographed. Gypsy was Liz's debut appearance in an ACT production, she is honored to be working with so many talented actors. She also was choreographer for "Oliver"
Zach Sickora (Performer) ~ Zach attended Our Lady of Lourdes High School and graduated with the Class of 2001. While at Lourdes he performed in My hair lady, "Pappy" in Li 'lAbner, "Sky Masterson" in Guys & Dolls and "Jerry/Daphne" in Sugar. With ACT Zach has starred in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat playing the title role as "Joseph". He was seen in Fiddler on the Roof portraying "Perchik" and played "Tulsa" in Gypsy. Zach now attends Marywood University where he is majoring in Musical Theatre and minoring in Dance. In his first year in Marywood, he performed in four productions, included were The Serpent, Lend Me a Tenor, Story Theatre and The Soundheim musical Merrily We Roll Along in which he played the lead role of "Charley".
Christopher Olson (Performer) ~ Attends North Schuylkill High School has appeared on the N.S. stage performing in Guys & Dolls (2000) and Oklahoma (2001). Gypsy was his third year with ACT, first in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and then as a "Bottle Dancer" in Fiddler on the Roof. He was selected for the Schuyikill County Chorus in 2001 and 2002 and sings in his church choir. He is currently taking voice lessons from Cora Gamelin-Osenbach in Pottsville. He played "Noah Claypole" in ACT's production of "Oliver".
Michael Menapace (Performer) ~ Attended Mt. Carmel Area Jr. Sr. High School. Gypsy was his fourth ACT production, performing in other productions of Fiddler on the Roof as "Mendel", Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Oliver and A Christmas Carol. Michael's productions at MCA have included: "Prince Dauntless" in Once Upon A Mattress, "Rooster" in Annie, "Randolph MacAfee" in Bye Bye Birdie, "The Wizard" in The Wizard of Oz and My One and Only. Michael recently ended his run as "Lurvy" in Bloomsburg Theatre Ensemble's production of E.B. White's Charlotte Web.
Frank Kalejta III (Performer) ~ Frank attends Vilanova University studying Electrical Engineering. Frank has performed in productions of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and Gypsy (ACT) and Li'l Abner, Guys & Dolls, and Sugar (Lourdes High School).
Jose Gonzalo (Performer) ~ He is a graduate of Mt. Carmel High School and was a cast member of Showboat. As a college student, he was a member of the Temple University Mortar & Pestle Players. He played trombone and bass guitar in the pit band for Bye Bye Birdie, How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying and Funny Girl  His ACT performances include. "Levi" in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, the "Constable" in Fiddler on the roof, "Kringolein" in Gypsy and a member of "The Jones Boy's Barber Shop Quartet" in Harvest Moon Revue 1 & II. Jose is a pharmacist at Community Pharmacy in Mt. Carmel. He is also the statistician for the MCA High School football team, as well as a member of the Mt. Carmel Area Education Foundation. He is a Ghost Writer for the Ed Romance Chapter of the Penna Sports Hall of Fame. He and his wife, Rose, have three children, Jill, Joel and Jed.
Matthew Podobinski (Performer) ~ Matthew attends Our Lady of Lourdes Regional High School where he has been involved in the past three musical productions. He was in the chorus in Guys & Dolls and Sugar and played the past of "Mr. Renaldi" in Funny Girl. Gypsy was his first show for ACT.
Barbara Malick (Performer) ~ Gypsy was Barb's second appearance with ACT, she debuted as a "Mama" in Fiddler on the Roof. Barb works at Geisinger Medical Center in the OB/Gyn Dept. She also volunteers with The Children' Miracle Network Telethon as well as The House of Care. Barb is a very active member of the First United Methodist Church in Mt. Carmel, she is a member of the church choir, Sunday School Teacher, Member of Team #1 and does the children's sermon bi-weekly. In high school, Barb was in the Concert Chorus as well as the girl's Glee Club. Other productions Barb was involved in were: Around the World in Eighty Days and The Wizard of Oz.
Jamie Lee Strenchock (Performer ) ~ Jamie Lee attends Our Lady of Lourdes Regional High School. She has been involved in theatre for a number of years, starring in Lourde's 2002 performance of Funny Girl, as well as being featured in Shikellamy Children's Theatre production of The Fall of the House of Usher and The Best Christmas Pageant Ever.
Jackie Collier (Performer) ~ Jackie attends the Mt. Carmel Area Jr. Sr. High School, she is a member of her school's chorus and participated in various school and community activities with MCA's "Show" Choir. Jackie was born with an enthusiasm and passion for performing. At the age of 6 she participated in her first talent show through ACT. Since then she has been involved in the following ACT productions, The Best Christmas Pageant Ever, In Bethlehem Inn, Readin' Ritin' & 'Rithtmetic, Harvest Moon Revue I, Centralia, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and Gypsy. As a freshmen, she played the title role in her school's production of Annie, she portrayed "Princess Winnifred" in MCA's most recent operetta Once Upon a Mattress.
Liz Krieger (Performer) ~ Gypsy was Liz's second year with ACT, last year she played a village daughter in Fiddler on the Roof. Liz will be a senior at Southern Columbia. There she plays in her high school band and is a member of the chorus.
Amy Lazarski (Performer) ~ Gypsy was Amy's third year participating in an ACT musical. She appeared in the chorus for Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and Fiddler on the Roof. During her last year at Southern Columbia, she was active in many music and show activities, including chorus, band, and this year1 s production of Register Here.
Angelic' Christian (Performer) ~ Angelic' resides in Shamokin with her parents, Deb & Carl Christian. She takes voice lessons from Vic Boris and is a cheerleader for S.A.H.S. on the competition team. She performed in Bye Bye Birdie as "Margie", Winds and the Willow, Gypsy, Oliver and Fiddler on the Roof. She is active in her church , sings with her family and attends Shamokin Area High School.
Jennifer Candelora (Performer) ~ Jenn attends Queen of Peace in Shamokin. She takes music lessons with Patty Zablosky and is in forensics at school. Gypsy was her first show with ACT and hopes on being in more of their productions.
Christina Leitzel (Performer) ~ She has been involved with the Shikellamy Children's Theatre since she was in 2nd grade. She was cast as "Liesl" in this summer's production of The Sound of Music. She played one of the children in Susquehanna University's The King and I. She has also been involved with all her school plays. She is 14 years old and attends Saint Monica's School in Sunbury.
Bob Williams (Performer) ~ He portrayed "Potiphar" in year 2000 production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, was cast as "Nachum" in ACT's summer production of Fiddler on the Roof and played "Ernie" in ACT's spring production of Rumors and played "Pastey" is Gypsy. He resides in Kulpmont with his wife Marsha.
Debra Christian (Performer) ~ She lives in Shamokin with her husband Carl and four children, Christopher, in the Army, Joshua, in the Navy, Danny, in the Army, and Angelic' at home, who is also in this production. She works for the PA Department of Revenue as a Revenue Enforcement Collection Agent. She is very active in church, foster parenting, secretary of A.I.S.C.M.E. Local 1977. Deb also helps as a dancing assistant for S.A.H.S. musicals, she takes voice lessons from Vic Boris and sings at local churches with her family. Other shows she was involved in were: Fiddler on the Roof, Oliver, Gypsy and South Pacific.
Martha Krieger (Performer) ~ From "Mama" to "Miss Mazeppa" - Gypsy was Martha's second appearance with ACT, she played a "Mama" in 2002 production of Fiddler on the Roof (Remember Perchik?). Besides the full-time job of raising four children, Martha works part-time, supports her high school music boosters (Go Tigers!) and sings everywhere she can get anyone to listen.
Rev. Michael A. Shaub (Performer) ~ Pastor of the First United Methodist Church of Mt. Carmel. He and his wife Beth, along with their children, Hannah and Benjamin, reside in Mt. Carmel. He has involed in set production and lighting in "Centralia" and performed in "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat" and played the Rabbi in "Fiddler on the Roof".
Leon Broskey (Performer) ~ An active member of ACT. Leon performed in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Gypsy, Fiddler on the Roof and Oliver. Leon has also been involved in lights, sound and set design for these and other ACT productions.
Nathan Brosky (Performer) ~
Nathan played in "Fiddler on the Roof" and was in the children's choir in "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. He plays basketball and is involved in the Boy Scouts of America.
Margaret Demko (Performer) ~ Peggy lives in Kulpmont with her husband, Tom, and four children. She is originally from Maryland, but has lived in Pennsylvania for the past 1 1 years. Besides staying busy with her children's activities, she works part-time as a substitute teacher.
Carl Christian (Performerl) ~ Carl performed in Oliver, Fiddler on the Roof as “Papa” and a “Russian Dancer”, along with his wife Debbie and daughter Angelic’. He also was in Rumors by Neil Simon and Gypsy.
Eric McCabe (Performer) ~ Gypsy was Eric's first appearance in an ACT production. He is very grateful for being in it. You might have seen Eric in some of Lourdes High School production as well. In Li'/ Abner he was one of the very talented muscle men and in Sugar he was one of those lovable gangsters. Eric would like to thank his best friends for getting him involved in these adventures. Thanks go out to Frank and Zach. The most unbelievable thing about Eric is that he learned all of his lines in less than two minutes.
Quinn McCracken (Performer) ~
Quinn is a student at Mt. Carmel Jr./ Sr. High School. When he is not competing on the football field, baseball diamond, wrestling mat or track, he plays with the Irish band the "Mollywogs".His role of "Oliver" marks his return to a stage career that includes lead roles in "Fishbowl!", "The Last Supper" and "Hecuba".
Logan McCracken (Performer) ~ A Student at Mt. Carmel High School where he is active in the music and athletic programs. He appeared in "Damn Yankees". He is a member of Our Lady's Roman Catholic Church and plays with the Irish band the "Mollywogs". His acting credits include "Waiting for Godot", "As You Like It", "Hecuba" and "Oliver".
Dana Osburn (Performer) ~ Oliver was her First ACT Production. Her hobbies include drawing, painting and playing the guitar, reading, tennis and writing.
Leanne Hough (Performer) ~ She attends Mt. Carmel Area Jr./Sr. High School. She is active in sports and a member of the Marching Band.
Mark D. Lingenfelter (Performer / Choreographer) ~ In 1996 Mark received a BA in Musical Theatre from Catawba College in Salisbury, NC. He has worked as a performer, choreographer, director and theatre educator. He performed in ACT's production of "Anything Goes" and was choreography for "Fiddler On The Roof".
Katie Wagner (Performer) ~ Was in ACT's production of Fiddler On The Roof. Performed in Lourdes productions of "Li'l Abner", "Jekll and Hyde" and "Ragtime".
Sarah Micklow (Performer) ~ Played Hodel in "Fiddler On The Roof". Appeared in the productions "A Childs Christmas in Wales" and "A Christmas Carol" at the Bloomsburg Theatre Ensemble.
Rachael Miller (Performer) ~ Performed in "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat" and "Fiddler On The Roof". She is a Theatre English Major at the University of Scranton and an aspiring costume designer.
Amy Besser (Performer) ~ Performed in "Fiddler On The Roof" and was in the children's choir in "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.
Wanda Smith (Performer) ~ Played "Yente" in "Fiddler on the Roof". Is a board member of ACT. Her acting credits include "A Night on One Acts", Mrs. Boogle in "Mousetrap", Mrs. Fezzewig in "A Christmas Carol", a member of the ensemble in the production "Centralia" and coordinator of the 50 voice children's choir in "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat".
Mark James (Performer) ~ Performed in "Fiddler On The Roof" and "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat". A Graduate of Our Lady Of Lourdes and attended Mansfield University.
